On a dry base, place a small amount of contrasting regular polish with a nail-art dotting tool. Use light pressure for tiny dots; join two dots with a short tapered stroke for a heart. Painted dots are a flat alternative to raised pearls or crystals.
Add top coat following its label and allow enough drying time.
