Steps

Gently shape the free edge; leave the cuticles intact.
Start with clean, dry nails. Apply base coat according to its label.
Apply thin coats of your chosen regular polish and let each layer dry.
Let the base dry. With a fine nail-art brush, sketch one small section of the reference line at a time using contrasting regular polish. Keep plenty of the base visible; start with one accent nail if the full pattern feels too intricate.
Add top coat following its label and allow enough drying time.
